  FRAME CONSTRUCTION

• • Frames are made from welded steel panels in standard length of 2', 4' and 8'. These are bolted together according to the size of the slab width

• LENGTH VARIABILITY

  • Frames are pin bolted with each other for quick erection. The total length varies from 3 m to 5 m.

• PRIME MOVER

  • Spreading Auger (1 No.) - 5 HP Geared Motor
  • Finishing Cylinder front (1 No.) - 5 HP Geared Motor
  • Drive Roller (Left) - 5 HP Geared Motor
  • Drive Roller (Right) - 5 HP Geared Motor
  • Finishing Cylinder Rear - (1 No.) - 5 HP Geared Motor

• FINISHING ASSEMBLY

  • Machine Drive Roller speed:162 fpm
  • Finishing Cylinder (Front and Rear): 6-inch diameter and 3.5 m long (Rotating speed of 207 rpm).
  • Drive Roller (Left and Right): 6-inch diameter and 1.5 m long
  • Auger:10-inch diameter (With hard face welding to obtain maximum life).
